Damage Policy
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and make it right
Nicolle Lanier Holiday Treasures, LLC apologizes if you have received any damaged products and will do our best to resolve the issue. Please report any damages within 7 days of receiving your shipment. The following details need to be included:
1. Was the packaging visibly damaged? If so, please describe the damage. Examples include punctures, crushing, or visible stress from being dropped.
2. If you ordered multiple items, please indicate which specific item(s) are damaged.
3. It is very helpful to include photos of the damaged merchandise as well as any damaged packaging.
We will process your damage request within 3-14 business days. Typically, we will issue a credit for reported damages. Depending on the nature of the damage, we may ask you to return the damaged item to us.
